Sunday lgboho to Sen. Ojudu: Your article is arrant falsehood, nonsense

Self-styled people’s liberator and activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, a .k.a Sunday Igboho, has reacted to an article by the Presidential Adviser on Political Matters, Sen. Babafemi Ojudu, describing the piece as arrant falsehood and nonsense.

“Femi Ojudu is a liar. He is out to defame me… Ojodu mentioned Ahmed Tinubu in the piece, you can go and ask Tinubu about the election.

“I have only worked for two people; the late Lamidi Adesina and Rashidi Ladoja. I have never worked for Adedibu.

“Adedibu died in 2008 and Ojudu said the same Adedibu asked me to go to Ekiti in 2009. You can see he is a liar,” he said on Tuesday.

Carpeting some unscrupulous elements of sabotaging the Yoruba struggle, Adeyemo said: “Politicians are trying to penetrate the Yoruba struggle. You can kill the messenger but you cannot kill the message.”

Adeyemo, who chased out Seriki Fulani and the killer-herders from Ibarapa area of Oyo State on January 22, challenged Ojudu to swear with the lives of children if he had ever met with him as claimed in the piece as facilitated by Asiwaju Bola Tinubu not to disrupt 2009 Ekiti State rerun polls.

“I don’t know any Ojudu and if he is sure that I met him in a hotel, let him swear by the life of his children.

“I have never had any meeting with Ojudu over the 2009 rerun election in Ekiti state.

Persecondnews recalls that Ojudu had said he and Bola Tinubu, APC National Leader met with Adeyemo just before the Ekiti rerun.

Ojudu claimed that Adeyemo agreed to meet with them on the condition that Lamidi Adedibu, the strongman of Ibadan politics, who is now late, must not know about the meeting.

But Adeyemo punctured it saying how could Adedibu, who died in 2008, be an issue in an election which held in 2009.L

Apart from working for the late Oyo Gov. Lam Adesina and ex-Gov. Rasheed Ladoja, l did not associate with other key politicians, he said.

While threatening to institute a legal action against Ojudu, Adeyemo cautioned Ojudu to stop forthwith the spreading of falsehood against him.
