The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Commissioner of Police, Tunji Disu, has reportedly lost his son in an auto crash.
Although the circumstances surrounding the young man’s death which occurred on Monday, January 20, remain unclear, family sources have described the loss as heartbreaking.
CP Disu was said to be on a condolence visit to CSP A.A. Sambo, the Divisional Police Officer of Ushafa Division, whose son had recently passed away when he received the sad news.
As of the time of this report, the X accounts of the command’s spokesperson SP Josephine Adeh (@Jossy_Dannyking), the FCT Police Command (@FCT_PoliceNG), and CP Disu (@TunjiDisu1) have yet to release any statement on the tragic incident.
