Candidates seeking answers to enquiries or assistance with the services of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will have an opportunity to engage directly with its staff on Wednesday, October 21.

According to the board, staff would be available at all JAMB offices and selected outstations from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to attend to walk-in candidates as part of activities marking its Customer Service Week.

“Whether you have a question, need guidance or wish to raise a concern about JAMB services, this is an opportunity to engage with our team directly,” the board said in a statement posted on its official X’ handle on Monday.

JAMB urged candidates to come with their questions, enquiries or concerns so staff can better understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.

“As we mark Customer Service Week, we’re reaffirming a simple commitment: to listen, respond and keep working towards a better service experience for the people we serve,” the board stated.

The board called on candidates to take advantage of the opportunity, adding that it looked forward to engaging with them.
