Breaking: Terrorism: Justice Omotosho Hands Down Guilty Verdict on Nnamdi Kanu

Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the proscribed IPOB, has been found guilty of terrorism on Count 1 of the charge preferred against him by the Federal Government.

A Federal High Court in Abuja ruled that it was satisfied that Kanu used his broadcasts to incite violence and killings in pursuit of his separatist objective for Biafra.

Justice James Omotosho said he based his decision on what he described as “uncontroverted evidence” that was adduced before the court by the prosecution.
