President Muhammadu Buhari has orders security chiefs to deal ruthlessly with the bandits terrorizing Zamfara state and its environs, kidnappers and other security challenges in the country.
He gave the order at a two-hour closed door meeting he had with the Service Chiefs and other heads of security agencies Thursday at the Presidential villa, Abuja.
