One of Africa’s leading entrepreneur Mr. Tony Elumelu,  at a panel session “The State of Start-Ups ” appealed to global leaders to give African youths a new form of support and not handouts.

Elumelu, who is an agenda contributor for the World Economic Forum, WEF, canvassed for more robust engagement by the global economic community on African entrepreneurship in particular.
