Fresh facts have emerged about the death of Nollywood actress and producer Allwell Ademola, shedding more light on the circumstances that led to her sudden passing in Lagos.
According to information released by her family, the 49-year-old actress suffered a medical emergency at her residence before she was rushed to a hospital in Lagos for urgent care.
Family sources explained that Ademola had complained of severe difficulty breathing shortly before she was taken out of her home.
Those around her reportedly noticed that her condition worsened rapidly, prompting an emergency response.
She was first moved from her residence to a nearby medical facility before being transferred to a hospital where doctors could better manage her condition.
By the time she arrived, her state was described as critical.
At the hospital, medical personnel reportedly placed her on oxygen in an attempt to stabilise her breathing.
Despite these efforts, she did not respond to treatment.
Further details from the family indicated that the emergency was linked to a cardiac episode, which led to her sudden collapse and eventual death at the hospital.
