A Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), on all seven counts of the terrorism charge brought by the Federal Government.
In his ongoing judgment, Justice James Omotosho found Kanu guilty, holding that the Department of State Services (DSS) had presented sufficient credible evidence.
The Judge further explained that because Kanu chose to rest his case without entering a defence, the court was left with no option but to believe the prosecution’s evidence.
Persecondnews reports that Omotosho is still reading the remaining part of the judgment.
