In a heart-wrenching saga of survival and resilience, actor and producer Azeez Ijaduade, has emerged from the shadows of a near-fatal encounter with a stray bullet, fired callously by a trigger-happy policeman in Iperu area of Ogun State some days back.

The haunting incident unfolded in the quiet streets of Iperu, where a single bullet pierced not just the metal of his car but also his neck, leaving Ijaduade fighting for breath and survival.

Ijaduade, who documented the harrowing incident with a video showing the bullet’s path through his car, expressed his gratitude to God for what he believed was a miraculous divine intervention that spared his life.

Recalling the moment of the incident, he described being initially enveloped in darkness and shock, unable to comprehend the sudden turn of events.

The actor credited the outpouring of love and support from the community and Nigerians at large for helping him navigate through this dark period.

Amidst his recovery journey, Ijaduade extended heartfelt appreciation to Nigerians, particularly the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) and media houses, for their overwhelming support.

As he embarks on the road to recovery, the actor emphasized that he will forever be grateful to those who stood by him during this challenging time.
