N-Power:D’banj returns home,says I have no business with fraud

Following his release from the custody of Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) over his alleged involvement in fraud, music star, D’banj has returned home, insisting that he has no business with fraud.

The singer was picked up by the anti-graft agency on Tuesday and was detained till Friday afternoon upon the completion of investigation.

Speaking after his release today, D’banj took to his Instagram page to thank his fans and colleagues across the globe who stood up for him and sent their best wishes while his ordeal lasted.

According to him, he was invited in connection with the ongoing investigation by the ICPC into the fraud allegations rocking the N-Power payment under Federal Ministry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management.

He said he had assisted the commission in its investigations.

“I am confident in their capacity to unravel the truth as I have no business with fraud.

“I was released on self-recognition because nothing was seen or found on me. God bless you all.”
