President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over valedictory Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting as his administration winds down his first term in office.
The meeting started at 11:02am, when he walked into the Council Chambers of the Presidential villa.
After the national anthem, the Muslim opening Prayer was said by the Minister of Environment, Sulieman Hassan whole the christian prayer was said by the Niger Delta minister, Usani Usani.
Usani thanked God for giving them the wisdom and grace to serve and pray that God will grant the incoming cabinet the wisdom to carry on.
Only the minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika was absent at the opening before the meeting went into closed door session.
