The Managing Director of Nilayo Sports Management Limited, Yetunde Olopade said on Wednesday: “The partnership with PremiumTrust Bank is a unique one, with the bank serving as the sole partner anchoring the establishment, organization, and consolidation of a global marathon in Nigeria’s capital city.”

Persecondnews reports that the theme for this year’s event is “Steady Strides,” reflecting the measured rhythm and determined pace that define world-class long-distance running.

The event is expected to attract elite international athletes, top local runners, and marathon enthusiasts from around the world.

PremiumTrust Bank’s Managing Director, Dr. Emmanuel Efe Emefienim, highlighted the bank’s dedication to sports, community well-being, and excellence.

He stated that achieving the World Athletics Label status in only the event’s second year validates the bank’s significant investment.

He said: “The PremiumTrust Bank Abuja City International Half Marathon promises to be a spectacular celebration of endurance, athleticism, and community spirit.
