NCC directs telecoms to restore blocked lines immediately

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has ordered telecom operators to promptly unblock all phone lines that were suspended at the weekend for failing to link National Identification Numbers (NIN) to their SIM cards.

This disclosure was made in a statement on Monday by the Director of Media and Public Affairs, Mr. Reuben Muoka.
