A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has denied the bail application of Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan.

While delivering the ruling, Justice Emeka Nwite said the defendant would jump bail if granted after carefully reviewing the application.

The company and its executive were arraigned on a five-count charge bordering on money laundering before Emeka Nwite, judge of a Federal High Court in Abuja.

Gambaryan, his company, Binance Holdings Limited, and a fellow top executive currently on the run, Nadeem Anjarwalla, were charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission with money laundering and terrorism financing.
