Shock and uncertainty have trailed reports of the death of Nigerian gospel singer Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji, popularly known as Toluwanisings, as fellow gospel ministers Woli Agba, Boye Best and others reportedly pray for a miracle.

The singer, Per Second News (PSN) gathered, allegedly slumped and died in the early hours of Wednesday, October 14, 2026, with reports indicating that the incident occurred in the bathroom.

However, uncertainty continues to surround the circumstances of his reported death, with further details yet to emerge.

The development has sent ripples through the gospel music community, with colleagues and admirers hoping for a miraculous turn of events as they react to the distressing reports.

Woli Agba and Boye Best are among those named in reports about the prayers and reactions following the news.

However, the precise details of their appeals and the circumstances prompting the prayers could not be independently verified at the time of filing this report.

Toluwanisings, who hails from Osun State, has built a following through his gospel songs and worship ministrations. His works include “My Plea” and “Elagbara”, among other releases.

In July, the singer and members of his crew survived a serious road accident involving their bus and a fully loaded trailer while returning from a gospel ministration.

The incident left their vehicle badly damaged, but the singer subsequently expressed gratitude to God for preserving his life and those of his team members.

Shockwaves continue to spread following reports of his passing, though his family and management have yet to issue an official confirmation regarding the incident.
