U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday confirmed that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, has been killed following coordinated U.S.-Israeli strikes on Tehran.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday confirmed that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, has been killed following coordinated U.S.-Israeli strikes on Tehran.

Trump made the announcement on his Truth Social platform, describing Khamenei as “one of the most evil people in History” and declaring his death as “Justice for the people of Iran” and for Americans affected by Iran-backed actions.

The U.S. president said the operation was carried out with advanced intelligence and in close coordination with Israel, claiming Iranian leadership had no way of escaping the strikes.

“This is the single greatest chance for the Iranian people to take back their Country,” Trump wrote, urging Iranians to seize the moment.

He further alleged that elements within Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), military and police were seeking immunity and no longer willing to fight.

Trump warned that military operations would continue if necessary.

“The heavy and pinpoint bombing will continue… as long as necessary to achieve our objective of peace throughout the Middle East and, indeed, the world,” he stated.

Satellite images circulating online showed visible damage to a compound in Tehran linked to Khamenei.

Iran has yet to issue an official confirmation of the Supreme Leader’s death as of press time.

Meanwhile, tensions have escalated across the region. Reports indicate Iran launched retaliatory attacks in parts of the Middle East, including areas hosting U.S. military bases or allied governments.
