President Bola Tinubu has extended his warm congratulations to Bayo Ojulari, the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of NNPC Limited, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

In a statement released on Tuesday by Mr. Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, President Tinubu lauded Ojulari as an accomplished energy professional.
The President highlighted Ojulari’s distinguished career, noting his transformative and visionary leadership within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
Tinubu expressed his confidence that Ojulari would continue to utilize his dynamism and extensive experience to further reposition NNPC Limited as a transparent, world-class national energy company.

“You have your work clearly defined before you. As head of NNPC Limited, your mission is to win investor confidence and ensure that NNPC becomes a key driver of Nigeria’s economic growth,” Tinubu said.

The Nigerian leader noted the recent increase in oil production from 1.5 million to 1.7 million barrels per day within two months and welcomed the renewed drive toward achieving the target of 1.9 million barrels by year-end.

He urged Ojulari to continue to serve God and the country with dedication and integrity, knowing that his efforts would bring renewed hope to Nigerians and strengthen the energy industry.

“I pray God to grant you strength, wisdom, and success as you lead the NNPC Limited to greater heights,” President Tinubu said in his birthday message to Ojulari.
