Two suspected female kidnappers were on Thursday sent to the Great Beyond by a mob at Ojude Oba area of Iwo in Osun State.
The roasted women and a man had gone to kidnap a child at Ori Eru in the town but were caught while the man bolted.
According to witnesses, the mob had dragged the two women to the palace of the traditional ruler of Iwo where they were burnt to death.
Police authorities in Osun have yet to speak on the incident.
Persecondnews recalls that a suspected kidnapper was set ablaze in Osogbo last week.
