COVID-19: FG suspends train services

Following the closure of international airports as a result of Coronavirus, the Federal Government has announced the suspension of shuttle services by the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) nationwide.
It is effective from Monday, March 23, an official said.
Persecondnews recalls that COVID-19 cases have increased from 12 to 22 in the country as at Saturday.
The Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos; and the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, will be closed effective from Monday, March 23.
Three others — Kano, Enugu and Port Harcourt– had been shut.
