Alter Plate Records founder, Harrsong has finally opened up on his frosty relationship with his former partner and friends, Soso Soberekon and SKiibii. He shares the story behind their relationship among other issues in this interview with Per Seconds News.

PSN: You have been in the news since you granted that video interview where you accused your former partner and friend, Soso Soberikon of trying to kill you. That was a weighty accusation. How did things get so bad between you guys?

Harrsong: You know I didn’t even say half of what I know on that radio show because it will destroy Soso. The fact remains that he’s not my friend and I stand to be corrected on this. You can’t claim to be my friend and you plotted to kill me in my hotel room in Port Harcourt.

PSN: What would make him want to kill you; what brought things to that scary level?

Harrysong: One thing is that as friends, you will always have one reason or the other to disagree on one thing or the other. It is not out of place for you to argue or fight over something but as friends and mature minds, you must learn how to bury the hatchet and move on. I don’t want to say too much but I know that attempting to kill me over a disagreement should never be an option. But I realised he was never my friend but a foe plotting my downfall.

PSN: Are you saying that you didn’t see this coming?

Harrsong: I never knew such would ever happen. I think it is just part of the lessons of life that one must learn now or later. It was a terrible experience for me but we when the time is right, we will spill more.

PSN: If the time is not right now, why did you come out to say it now?

Harrsong: I wouldn’t have said anything if people don’t stop referring to him as my friend. You know this entertainment industry is full of fake people who smile with you now and stab you in the face minutes later. Gone are the days when they stab you at the back, these days, they rub in on your face and tell you to bring it on. I needed to let the people know that he and Skiibii are not my friends as some people would be made to believe. I thought they were my friends but I found out they were not.

PSN: Before we talk about Skiibii and what he did wrong. How were you so sure that Soso orchestrated the plan to eliminate you and why didn’t you get him arrested if you have concrete evidence to nail him?

Harrysong: You are really probing this matter beyond the surface. I have all the evidences that will nail him if he tries to be smart about what he did. The hotel where it happened has a CCTV and the people who came to attack me were caught on camera. Don’t let us go into all of that now.

PSN: But people want to know…

Harrysong::I don’t want to speak further on this because it will destroy many things. I am a peaceful man who is only interested in thing that will make my life better. I may be calm but I am stronger than them. You don’t want to know how many times they have tried to break me but mercy said no. God fights my battle for me; He has never failed me.

PSN: What went wrong between you and Skiibii?

Harrysong: Skiibii got famous and wealthy and began to raise shoulders. The same dude I took in and fed. I clothed him and gave him money when I moved out of Kcee’s place and got my apartment at Omole.

He stayed with me for some time and I treated him well. Let me also let you know that he was my best man when I got married two years ago. I paid for his suits and flew him to Delta for my wedding. Skibii insulted my wife and I on my wedding day. You know what it means when you made somebody your best man? He told me that he’s rich now and fortified.

He was even bragging about being a member of a cult group. I could not get over the insult for weeks. It was that terrible.

PSN: What is your relationship with him now like?

Harrysong: Relationship? I don’t have such with him. I blocked him since that day on all social media platforms. But I must also say that he’s a good guy but he has allowed fame and wealth to get into his head.

PSN: Do you see any reconciliation happening between you and them?

Harrysong: I am in the place to say something will happen or not. I know that I will not wish anyone bad and they know this. I have always been the calm Harrysong that everybody loves to work with. Since I left Five Star Music, l have weathered through my storms but God has been faithful.

Recently, I organized the Niger Delta Talent Hunt and it was a massive success. Some people worked against the success of the show and even said I would not get the contract to host the reality show but I am happy that the show turned out to be a success. We are looking forward to the second edition next year.

I have just released a new single that is banging everywhere as well and things are looking up for me. I am currently in the U.S. to see my family. I have a show in Ghana on the 17th of October; I am moving ahead. Nothing or no one can stop me.
