COVID-19 infection scare among members of the House of Representatives on Tuesday forced them to shut down temporarily.

The frightening results of tests by some lawmakers forced adjournment of plenary untill next week Tuesday.
Before adjourning plenary, the Speaker, Mr Femi Gbajabiamila, had called for an Executive Session ostensibly to adjourn to contain further spread of the virus.
The House had previously in one of its resolutions resolved to sit once a week as a result of the deadly Coronavirus.
It will be recalled that the spokesman of the House, Mr Benjamin Kalu had denied that some lawmakers tested positive for the virus.
Investigation, however, revealed that many of the lawmakers have tested positive to COVID-19.
An aides of the Speaker has also kept mum over the situation as he has yet to respond to mesages sent to him.
