Anyone caught intentionally spreading coronavirus would be charged as terrorist

People who intentionally spread the coronavirus could face criminal charges under U.S federal terrorism laws, the Justice Department’s No. 2 official has revealed.

A particular video, which Per Second News won’t share here, gained some international attention showing a man licking sticks of deodorant and store carts as part of a coronavirus prank video in England.

The man 26 year old, Cody Pfister has been charged with making terrorist threats.

In a memo to top U.S Justice Department leaders, law enforcement agency chiefs and U.S. Attorneys across the country, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen said prosecutors and investigators could come across cases of “purposeful exposure and infection of others with COVID-19.”

The U.S said because Coronavirus appears to meet the statutory definition of a ‘biological agent’… such acts potentially could implicate the Nation’s terrorism-related statutes,” Rosen wrote.

“Threats or attempts to use COVID-19 as a weapon against Americans will not be tolerated.”

Those who continue to walk around to public places knowing fully well that they’re infected will also be charged.
