Mr Trump said on Twitter that he directed his team to co-operate on transition for Mr Biden but he vowed to keep up his legal fight against the election result. He stopped short of fully conceding the election.
The trio had allegedly conspired with four others to defraud businesses and financial institutions by allegedly using false, forged and counterfeited passports and other identification documents to create limited liability companies and open fraudulent bank accounts using stolen identities.
Mr Trump has also cut off hundreds of millions of dollars of American aid to the Palestinians, shut the Palestinian diplomatic offices in Washington and issued a Middle East plan this year that largely favoured Israel. The Palestinians have rejected the plan out of hand.
