Breaking: Sen. Akpoti-Uduaghan Locked Out of National Assembly

Sen. Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central, who made good her decision to resume legislative duties on Tuesday, has been barred from entering the National Assembly.

A video circulating online shows the suspended lawmaker, accompanied by activists Aisha Yesufu and MamaPee, declaring, “I am glad to be alive and I am here.”

Her supporters, who gathered nearby, were heard chanting, “Na our Senator be this, we no get another one.”

As of the time of this report, Akpoti-Uduaghan is seen approaching the final gate of the National Assembly complex.
