Following his alleged involvement in a violent attack on government officials, the Ogun State Police Command has declared popular singer Habeeb Okikiola Olalomi, widely known as Portable, wanted.
According to a statement issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation Department, State Police Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, Portable is wanted for alleged conspiracy, serious assault, going armed, conduct likely to cause a breach of public peace, and attempted murder.
The police alleged that on February 5, 2025, at about 10:00 AM, Portable recruited armed thugs who attacked officials of the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development at their Ota Zonal Office in Oke-Osa, Tigbo Ilu, Ota.
A warrant for his arrest has been issued by a Magistrate Court in Ogun State, and authorities have urged the public to report any information regarding his whereabouts.
His last known address is Odogwu Bar/Restaurant, Oke-Osa, Tigbo Ilu, Ota in Ogun State.
A history of controversy and defiance
Since rising to fame in 2022 with his hit song Zazu Zeh, Portable has been known as much for his music as for his erratic and confrontational behavior.
His career has been marred by frequent altercations, public brawls, and repeated run-ins with law enforcement.
Shortly after his breakout success, he accused dancer Poco Lee of financial exploitation, sparking his first major controversy.
Since then, he has had multiple clashes with the police, including resisting arrest in a viral video in 2023 and claiming—before later retracting—that he founded the notorious “One Million Boys” gang.
Portable has also been involved in several violent incidents, including publicly assaulting a DJ, attacking his former signee, and engaging in fights at entertainment venues.
His defiance of authorities has been a recurring theme, often boasting about his alleged immunity from arrest due to his connections.
With this latest arrest warrant issued against him for alleged conspiracy and attempted murder, Portable’s troubles with the law have reached a new height.
The command has urged anyone with information on his whereabouts to report to the nearest police station.
