....we won’t dignify him with any response; his actions are hunting him— K1’s manager

Former drummer Kunle Ayanlowo has come forward with troubling allegations of maltreatment by the renowned Fuji music icon, K1 De Ultimate.

Ayanlowo, who claimed to have worked with K1 for 32 years, revealed a pattern of alleged abuse and control during his time with the musician.

He shed light on the purported practice of K1 confiscating passports from band members during travels, leaving them vulnerable and subject to his authority for undisclosed reasons.

Ayanlowo recounted distressing incidents, including one where he was allegedly ordered to return home while en route to the hospital for urgent medical treatment.

He attributed the stress and strain of such encounters to the onset of an ulcer, highlighting the lasting impact of his experiences with K1.

He noted that despite his dedication and contributions to the Fuji music scene, Ayanlowo expressed frustration over the lack of meaningful gains for himself and his family during his tenure with K1.

The allegations made by Ayanlowo have sent shockwaves through the music industry and among fans, prompting a closer examination of K1’s treatment of his band members and the broader dynamics within his musical empire.

A source close to K1, however, disclosed that Ayanlowo offended K1 about five times and was pardoned until the last straw broke the camel’s back.

The source said K1 would not react to the trending video because the man in question was only being clever by half, adding that he was being punished for a series of misconducts and had been pardoned about five times.

Also reacting to the allegations, K1’s manager, Kunle Rasheed, told Per Second News on Friday: “I don’t want to react to that because it would appear like wrestling with the pig. His actions are haunting him. We don’t want to dignify him with any response.”

As the story continues to unfold, there is growing scrutiny of K1 De Ultimate and the treatment of his band members on social media platforms, as his fans are currently divided.
