A man, whose identity has not been revealed, was on Saturday morning arrested by security agencies in Ogori/Magongo council area of Kogi State for being found in possession of filled and signed result sheets.
He was also caught with a bag full of money apparently to buy votes as voting commenced in the Kogi governorship election.
The electoral offense, Persecondnews learnt, was busted shortly after an INEC adhoc staff arrived at the polling unit in the Central Senatorial District of the state.
Voting was immediately suspended following the uncovering of prepared result sheets before polling started.
Disappointed voters started returning to their homes as a result of the incident.
Meanwhile, youths have condemned the suspension of voting in the area, saying voters in the area have been disenfranchised.
