Nollywood actress, Ronke Oshodi is full of thanks today as she marked her birthday.
The actress in a post on Instagram said she’s grateful to God for sparing her life till now.
Exactly a year ago, Oshodi recalled she was in between life and death as doctors and nurses at the hospital battled to save her life for an undisclosed ailment.
The light-skinned actress spent weeks at the hospital as she lost a sizeable amount of weight that raised questions about her well-being.
Many of her colleagues, who knew about her health issues kept praying for her but none of them revealed what was wrong with the “top-heavy”, busty actress.
She got better and bounced back some months back and has since returned to making movies.
Today being her birthday, Oshodi recalled that it was only God that saved her life as she could have died, adding that doctors at Saint Nicholas hospital ensured that she had access to quality healthcare while there.
“Today I just want to thank God and express appreciation to doctors and nurses at Saint Nicholas for coming through for me.
“This time last year, I was on the hospital bed and couldn’t think of anything but to get well.
“This year, I am alive and doing fine. Thank you God for the gift of life,” she said.
