Jaiye Kuti, Lalude end rift as actress apologises for public outbursts

There are strong indications that the current animosity between actress, Jaiyeola Kuti and veteran actor, Lalude may have been laid to rest.

A video obtained by Per Second News Monday morning indicated that Kuti, who went on anger and rage spree, condemning veteran actors coming to the public to beg for assistance days back, has recanted.

In the video, she was seen with Lalude, who got a car gift from his fans and kind-hearted Nigerians, hugging each other, saying they have finally settled their differences.

The public was awash with Kuti’s tirade on social media platforms days back as she called out the veteran thespians, describing their action as bad and unhealthy for the profession.

She was knocked by a large section of the media including some of her colleagues, who said there was nothing wrong in old thespians being rewarded by Nigerians.

From the look of things, Lalude, Alapini and others, who were offended by Kuti’s statement, are said to have forgiven the chubby actress and promised to allow peace to reign.
