The singer had been the talk of the town since he bought the vehicle, taunting some of his colleagues including Seyi Vibez to try and buy one before talking down on him.
In a video obtained by Per Second News some hours ago, Portable was said to be heading to the studio early morning Wednesday before he rammed into an articulated vehicle parked by the roadside.
In a video shared by the singer this evening, he spoke about the accident that left his vehicle badly damaged, saying he was not drunk when the incident happened contrary to what was being said on social media platforms.

He boasted that he would get a new one and shame those who have always chided him over his style and approach to music.
“I crashed my G-Wagon and it is really not a big deal because I bought it with proceeds from music.
“Now I have crashed it and I am going to buy another one by working hard. It is not going to affect me in anyway,” Portable said.
