Cheating allegations: Why Tonto Dikeh is keeping mum

844

Days after she was accused by Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson for ruining her relationship with Nigerian music star, Iyanya, actress, Tonto Dikeh has refused to be dragged into the raging social media war sparked by Nelson’s new book, ‘I’m Not Yvonne Nelson’.

Iyanya and Yvonne were once in a romantic relationship and caught the attention of the entertainment industry but the relationship ended with either of both parties coming out to explain how things turned sour between them.

In the book, Yvonne alleged that Dikeh was responsible for the break up his relationship with Iyanya suffered, saying Iyanya cheated on her with Dikeh for months while their relationship lasted.

While many people had expected Dikeh to fire back in her typical style of not letting her name being dragged in the mud, her fans were surprised that the actress-turned-politician has kept sealed lips on the matter as information gathered by Per Second News revealed that the mother of one is unmoved.

Findings on Friday also revealed that Dikeh has warned her camp and representatives to stay clear the matter as any word from her would only be fuelling the allegation and make the book popular than it is.

A source close to Dikeh who has worked with her on some projects over the years told Per Second News Dikeh would talk on the matter but not now as she didn’t want to fuel needless allegations that could drag into needless social media frenzy with anybody.

The source hinted further that Dikeh is currently running some campaigns for brands and would not want to get involved in other things as of now but trust me “She’s not the type that would be cowed by anyone. She will share her thoughts when the time is right.”
