There are no concrete plans for Nigerian dancehall singer, Inetimi Timaya Odon, popularly known as Timaya, to get married even after he had serially ditched several would-be wives.
The singer, who appears to have broken the hearts of many women who may have thought they could end up as Timaya’s wife, revealed that he has never been married to anyone in the past and currently has no intention to get married anytime soon.
Timaya, Per Seconds News gathered, already has four children from three women.
Speaking in an interview on a popular radio station in Lagos on Thursday, he gave reasons why marriages of the current generation don’t last like that of the older generation.
According to Timaya, the younger generation gets married for the “wrong reasons” which usually leads to early marriage crashes.
“Getting married comes with many responsibilities that one must be prepared for,” he declared.
