Ex-Speaker Dogara returns to APC, meets Pres. Buhari, Gov. Buni

A former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Yakubu Dogara, has defected again to the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the People’s Democratic Party.Dogara was at the Presidential Villa on Friday to met with President Muhammadu Buhari after his defection.

Yobe Governor Mala Buni and Chairman of APC Caretaker/National Planning Committee ushered Dogara to the President’s office.

He had briefed Buhari of developments in the party.

When asked by reporters to confirm his defection, Dogara declined comment but Gov. Buni confirmed his membership of APC.PerSecondNews recalls that Dogara left the APC for PDP in 2018.
