Ashiru congratulates Buhari,Osinbajo on Election Victory

Former Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and All Progressives Congress (APC), governorship aspirant in Ogun State, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, has described the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari as victory for democracy and reward for performance, untainted integrity and good governance.
In his congratulatory message to both the President and his Vice, Yemi Osinbajo, Ashiru, who is also the Director, PMB/PYO support groups for Lagos and Ogun States, expressed his delight on the outcome of the presidential election which according to him “has further asserted the will of the people to put in place a government which will put the nation right on track and ensure continuity of the good works of Buhari/Osinbajo presidency.”
He further stated that the victory, which came with a large majority of votes across the nation was a testimony of widespread acceptance of the ruling APC, and the belief in the leadership of the party to correct all the wrongs of past administrations in the country.
According to Ashiru, President Buhari has undoubtedly worked very hard with his exemplary commitment and dedication to serve the people.
He said: “President Buhari will be able to put many things right and resolve all the issues bordering on the economy, security, infrastructure and social welfare with the renewed mandate of four more years.”
He also expressed hope that electoral promises will be fulfilled.
Wishing the President and the party leadership a successful tenure, the former commissioner called on the good people of Ogun State to vote massively for the APC governorship candidate on the 9th of March, to establish the much needed synergy between the Federal and State government in the delivery of dividends of democracy.
