The shooting of an unarmed man by an officer of the Nigerian Customs is the latest in an ongoing, high-emotion spate of uniformed men-involved shootings that have plagued states and created rifts between security agencies and the communities they serve.
The unnamed man was shot and killed in broad day light in the presence of some motorists and passersby during an altercation in an unnamed location.
