President Muhammadu Buhari Tuesday approved the appointment of Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo as the new Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme for former Niger Delta militants.

The president sacked Gen, Paul Boroh, amid corruption allegations, according to some officials.
