Rivers State Sole Administrator, retired Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas has appointed administrators for the 23 local government areas of the state.
Ibas has also reconstituted the boards of all parastatals and agencies of government.
According to a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Ibibia Lucky Worika, all the appointments took effect from Monday, April 7, 2025.
