Nigeria’s quartet in the 4x100m women’s Heat 2 missed out on an automatic spot in the final in the ongoing Olympics in Paris, France, running a season’s best of 42.70s.

Justina Eyakpobeyan, Favour Ofili, Rosemary Chukwuma, and Tima Godbless finished 6th in Heat 2, with Nigeria’s quest for a podium finish suffering a huge setback.
