Breaking: Court remands Binance executive in Kuje prison

A Federal High Court in Abuja has remanded Binance executive, Tigran Gambaryan, in Kuje Correctional Centre, pending the outcome of his bail application.

Justice Emeka Nwite gave the order after Gambaryan pleaded not guilty to the money laundering charges brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday.

The judge adjourned the case until April 18 for a ruling on his bail application.

May 2 has been fixed for the commencement of the trial.
