After losing his election bid to represent Eti-Osa/Lagos Federal Constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), musician-cum-politician, Bankole Wellington also known as Banky W is now creating time for his family and to unwind.

The light-skinned singer campaigned across the length and breadth of Lagos and beyond to canvass for votes and told those who cared to listen that election is not a do-or-die affair.

Since he lost, Banky has been quiet and focused on creating time for his family, especially his wife, Adesua, and their son.

Shortly after the election, Banky said he would not be deterred from helping people to get out of their terrible condition of living despite losing the election many had hoped he would win.

Recently, he was spotted at a beach in Lagos with his wife and son as they enjoyed the beauty and serenity of nature together.

The singer, who is also an actor, is said to be working on new scripts that would once again prove that he may have been defeated in politics, but his entertainment life remains as strong as ever.
