A randy father, Alo Olusola, is to spend the rest of his life behind bars for raping his daughter, an Akure High Court has ruled.
The promiscuous dad had turned his daughter to a sex partner since age10
after the mother left her when she was six months old.
According to police prosecutor, the incessant rape was revealed when the victim started attending a students fellowship.
The father was always demanding sex anytime she requested money from him for school fees and for upkeep.
The prosecutor also said the victim’s school principal reported the incident to the police leading to her father’s arrest.
He, however, pleaded not guilty to the one-count charge of rape brought against him.
Justice Samuel Bola held that the evidence of the victim that the defendant demanded sexual intercourse from her before he acceded to her requests was true.
He said the defendant did not give any oral evidence to deny the evidence of his daughter or defend himself.
He ruled that the defendant was guilty as charged.
