Anxiety has gripped the family of ailing veteran actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, as his twin brother, Kehinde, has reportedly expressed fears over the actor’s health condition.
Kehinde, whom members of the family fondly call Big Daddy, reportedly raised a deeply troubling question during a family discussion about the latest update on Ogogo’s health.
His concern was revealed by Kira, Ogogo’s daughter, during a live chat monitored by Per Second News, as she opened up about the emotional toll the situation has taken on the family.
According to Kira, members of the family had been discussing her father’s condition on their WhatsApp group when her uncle expressed concern and began asking questions about Ogogo’s health.
She said her father’s twin brother, who shares a close relationship with the actor, was visibly worried and sought answers that she herself could not provide.
Kira quoted him as asking: “Has the end come for my brother? Is Taiwo going?”
The question, she said, left her even more distressed, particularly because she could not give her uncle the reassurance he was seeking at a time when the entire family remains anxious about Ogogo’s condition.
Speaking about her own fears, Kira said she could not imagine what would happen to her if anything happened to her father, stressing the depth of the bond she shares with the veteran actor.
“I don’t know what will happen to me if anything happens to my dad,” she said, while recounting the difficult conversations taking place within the family.
She further disclosed that the situation had become so emotionally overwhelming that she was forced to stay offline for some time, away from the constant flow of messages, questions and reactions concerning her father.
She also issued a strong warning to those allegedly attempting to make money from the actor’s health crisis, urging them to fear God and refrain from exploiting the family’s pain.
According to her, the family is already facing an extremely difficult period and does not need individuals taking advantage of the situation for personal gain.
Meanwhile, a flood of prayers and support continues to pour in for Ogogo, with colleagues and loved ones keeping vigil alongside his family as they hope for a full recovery.
