Two Days in Law School: Streamer Peller Drops Out, Vows Never to Return

Just two days after resuming university to study law, popular Nigerian streamer Peller has announced that he is quitting, saying he has no immediate plans to return to school.

The news has stirred reactions online, with fans both shocked and amused by his decision.

In a voice note that has since gone viral on social media, Peller explained his decision.

He said the idea of spending seven hours in a classroom without earning money felt frustrating and impractical.

“I will now sit inside class for like seven hours and be writing and looking? And play play not making anything? God forbid,” he said, emphasizing his preference for making a living rather than being confined to lectures.

Peller also shared his observation about the age of his classmates, noting that many were older than him.

“When I entered the school I see that everybody is old, so me too I need to get old like 30 or 40 years before I go,” he added, suggesting that he might return to education later in life when it fits better with his goals.

The streamer’s announcement comes shortly after he had resumed his university studies, a move many of his followers had celebrated as a commitment to personal growth.

Peller, known for his online streams and social media presence, had previously hinted at wanting to pursue a law degree, but this latest decision shows the tension many young Nigerians face between formal education and immediate financial needs.

Social media reactions were swift. While some fans criticized his decision, others supported it, arguing that Peller knows his priorities and financial reality better than anyone else.

One Twitter user wrote: “If Peller feels school now is a waste of time, who are we to judge? Na hustle dey first.” Another commented, “Imagine going to school and not making anything… Peller just spoke the truth.”
