Following a bizarre snake incident at the Kebbi State Government House, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kebbi Chapter, has announced the suspension of Alhaji Kabir Sani-Giant, Special Adviser to Governor Nasir Idris on Power and Politics.

Sani-Giant had on February 8, 2025, brought a snake to the Government House, intimidating and harassing dignitaries and officials.

However, the real intention of the “snake man” has yet to be ascertained by Persecondnews.

Weeks after the incident, Kebbi State APC Secretary, Alhaji Sa’idu Muhammad-Kimba, announced the suspension in Birnin Kebbi on Sunday in a statement signed by him.

The conduct, he said, could embarrass and discredit APC, adding that Sani-Giant’s action violated the party’s constitution.

The Secretary said the party deemed his behaviour “offensive and embarrassing.”

“His suspension remains in place pending further investigation and possible disciplinary action, which could lead to expulsion if repeated,” Muhammad-Kimba said.
