After weeks of perceived animosity between music star Wizkid and music producer Don Jazzy, the rift appears to have ended following the efforts of fast-rising Mavin Records singer Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, better known as Ayra Starr, who united her boss, Don Jazzy, and the award-winning singer.

A few weeks ago, Wizkid seemingly initiated a media feud with Don Jazzy by recklessly criticizing prominent celebrities such as Davido, Peruzzi, Ladipoe, and Don Jazzy through a series of tweets, Persecondnews recalls.

Ladipoe had mocked Wizkid’s controversial statement that hip-hop is dead, prompting a fan to call Wizkid’s attention to the shade.

Wizkid responded by teasing Don Jazzy, implying that he had no interest in speaking with anyone under his influence.

This led Don Jazzy to unfollow Wizkid on social media.

Don Jazzy had kept quiet, but Davido and Peruzzi served Wizkid back in his coin, warning and daring him to come out and repeat the expletives he was throwing on social media platforms in the comfort of his room.

The seeming battle between Don Jazzy and Wizkid appeared to have ended on Friday after Wizkid reposted Don Jazzy’s artiste, Ayra Star’s new album.

Ayra Starr recently released her new album entitled “The Year I Turned 21,” which has received positive reception.

Wizkid joined the millions of Nigerians reacting to the album on the X app, praising the singer’s efforts and referring to her as a “super star.”

Don Jazzy responded to Wizkid’s tweet, saying, “Thanks, Big Wiz.”

It is safe to say that Ayra Starr’s new album brought about a positive interaction between Wizkid and Don Jazzy after previous tensions.
