An X user, @Omoyeeeeeee, posted on her handle and called on Nigerians to make the ignoble act of the students go viral as she demanded justice for the victim in the video.

In one of the videos, the victim was seen being slapped repeatedly by another female student while asking, “Who broke my heart?”. In another video, the female student was seen being interrogated and slapped repeatedly by her classmate.

While the video has generated a lot of condemnation and reactions from Nigerians for the victim, who has now been identified as Namtira Bwala, Netizens have gone ahead to call on the appropriate authorities and the management of the school to intervene and ensure that justice is served.

However, a statement issued by the management of the school and signed by the head, Abraham Ogunkambi, said the school management is taking the matter seriously.

Ogunkambi said the school has reached out to the victim and her parents to provide support and other counseling services to help cope with the emotional and psychological impact of the incident.

The school head also said the school will offer counseling services and apply disciplinary measures against the perpetrators to address their bad behaviors.
