In a heartwarming display of generosity and compassion, renowned businessman E-Money has stepped forward to support the family of the late Nollywood actor, Junior Pope, who tragically lost his life in a boat mishap on the River Niger in Anambra State.

The news of Jnr. Pope’s untimely demise sent shockwaves across Africa and beyond, leaving a profound sense of loss among fans and colleagues alike.

E-Money, renowned for his charitable deeds, released a statement last night expressing his deep sorrow over the passing of Jnr. Pope.

He fondly remembered the actor as both a friend and a brother, noting the significant impact Jnr. Pope had on those around him.

E-Money reflected on the weight of Jnr. Pope’s absence, acknowledging the void it has left in the hearts of many.

The statement from E-Money highlighted Jnr. Pope’s final words on the boat, where he expressed his commitment to raising his three children despite the challenges he faced.

In a touching gesture, E-Money pledged to fulfil Jnr. Pope’s vow by taking on the responsibility of caring for his children and family as his own.

Persecondnews reports that this act of kindness serves as a beacon of hope during a time of grief, providing comfort and support to those affected by the loss.

The Okonkwo family, of which E-Money is a member, has warmly embraced Jnr. Pope’s children, ensuring they find solace and stability in their new home.

E-Money’s pledge to nurture the children echoes Jnr. Pope’s own wishes, demonstrating a steadfast dedication to honouring his memory and upholding his legacy.

“It has been one week since you departed from this world, leaving behind a profound sense of loss that reverberates not only among us but also across Africa and beyond. Your presence, as both a friend and a brother, is deeply missed, JP.

“The weight of your absence bears heavily upon our hearts, yet we draw comfort from the belief that God will grant us the resilience to carry forward and uphold the legacy you’ve entrusted to us.

“We tenderly remember your final words on the boat, “NA ONLY ME DEM BORN I GET 3 CHILDREN NA ME GO RAISE THEM,” and we solemnly commit to honouring that vow. Your children now find solace in the embrace of the Okonkwo family, and we, as members of that family, pledge to nurture them as you would have wished,” he said.
