Rubiales, the President of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), claimed “feminist is witch hunting him as he has refused to resign over the kissing scandal with Spanish player Jenni Hermoso.

Persecondnews gathered that Article 13 relates to violating the basic rules of decent conduct.
Despite calls from different quarters for his resignation, Rubiales remained defiant, saying “I am not going to resign.”
He spoke after an emergency meeting of federation top officials, alleging that “a social assassination is taking place.”
Hermoso had said in a video streamed on social media after the kiss that “I didn’t like it, but what can I do?”
The Spanish players’ union issued a statement on Hermoso’s behalf on Wednesday, saying it would defend her interests and ensure that the act “does not go unpunished”.
The Spanish women’s team are the undisputed champions of the world, Spain are the first team in women’s football history to be reigning World Cup champions at Under-17, Under-20 and senior level.
All of these achievements have been eclipsed by the sordid 10 seconds behaviour of Rubiales during medals presentation at the Women’s World Cup final were he forcibly kissed 33-year-old Hermoso.
Meanwhile, another footage emerged showing Rubiales grabbing his crotch while standing near Queen Letizia of Spain and her 16-year-old daughter Princess Infanta Sofia.
