Sisters at War! Refund my money or be ready for trouble, Destiny Etiko tells Ruby Ojiakor

726

Trouble seems to be brewing between top Nollywood actresses, Destiny Etiko and Ruby Ojiakor, with the former firing a strong warning to Ojiakor over her failure to appear on the set, a movie she allegedly charged N700,000 for.

Fuming Etiko shared a video threatening Ojiakor to refund her money get ready to face the music, adding that she would ridicule her if she failed to do the needful and come clean on the matter.

According to her, Ruby had reached out to her expressing displeasure at how Destiny doesn’t call her for her production.

To make peace with her, Destiny said she decided to give her a role in her production, which the actress failed to turn up for.

Narrating what transpired between her and Orjiakor, she said: “It is paining me, that’s why I have decided to be on my own. In this industry, I don’t think I want to be friends with anybody again because I don’t understand.

“Any small thing they would be looking for me to chop, to look for my trouble but when I say one thing, they will say I have come again.

“A few days ago, Ruby Ojiakor sent me a message saying “Destiny I don’t know what you are feeling like. We are in this industry but you do all your productions and you don’t invite me but you call me your sister.

“So you don’t want my progress? You’re calling other people, you bring people from Lagos. But I said Ruby you are busy, you dey too busy, you go carry 10 jobs and I don’t have time for that.

“I am an actor but now I am more of a businesswoman. I do more producing than acting, more personal production. I hardly work for anyone and I would call you for the job you will waste time.

If you make me vex, na one slap I go knack you for face. I don’t like to banter words with anybody so it’s best I don’t even start. My bantering words with you will result to slapping the craze comfort for your body.”

“It doesn’t matter if you senior me or not. I have sent you my address and I am waiting for you to do the needful.”

Efforts to reach Orjiakor to get her reaction to the allegation, however, proved abortive as she didn’t respond to her calls as of her Friday evening when this story was filed.
