The current cold war going on between music star, Davido and his long-time friend and business partner, Cubana Chief Priest, has been linked to the singer’s alleged new baby from a United States-based woman, whose identity has not been unveiled.
Cubana and Davido have always been best of friends and partners as they never hid their love for each other but recent happenings within the camp of Davido suggested that their friendship has gone sour with feelers fingering Davido’s alleged new child as a major cause.
Cubana, Persecondnews gathered, is said to be on the side of Chioma, Davido’s wife and was said to have urged Davido to make up with his wife and protect her, noting that losing her only son last year is not something that the lady would be able to deal with all by herself.
While Chioma is currently not giving Davido any sort of attention, Cubana and Davido are equally not on the same page.
The confirmation of their beef came to the fore last night as Cubana stayed away from Davido’s “Timeless” concert held at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) in Lagos.
They had unfollowed each other on Instagram on Saturday, fuelling speculations that their once rosy relationship has now gone from bad to worse.
Cubana is not the only person Davido excommunicated since the death of his son last year as he also sacked some of his domestic staff, reduced the number of his aides and block Eniola Badmus from having any contact with him.
